Debbie is by far the most kind, competent and effective real estate agent I have ever met - working with her made the house buying process such an enjoyable experience. What first stood out to me with Debbie was her confidence in being able to find my family a house - hearing her be so sure that we could buy a home in such a competitive market was so assuring. And the best part was she delivered that and more! Debbie is very talented in negotiating and very knowledgeable about the market in Mesa, so we were able to find a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood AND save much more money than we were expecting! 
What makes me want to refer Debbie to anyone and everyone I know is the fact that while she does her job with such professionalism, she also treats her clients like family. Debbie went above and beyond to help me - from holding my baby while looking at houses to bringing her husband over after closing to make sure everything was working order before we moved in. I also appreciated her communication skills - she called or texted me every day to talk about potential homes and finally walk me through the home buying process. 
I know exactly who I will call when the time comes to move again. You really can't find anyone better than Debbie!
